From June 30th to September 17th, by bus through Bologna

Finally has the legendary red open top bus service kicked off, which, throughout the summer, will drive tourists and curious to discover Bologna and its wonders.

Red City Bus has scheduled four itineraries to discover Bologna under the stars. Here are the proposed routes:

"The Song of ... Wine" (June 30th, 1st, 15th, 22th July, 5th and 26th August), visiting the historical cellars of the Visconti di Modrone Tizzano, a tour in the places of music, with the final arrival at the Hotel Touring.'s terrace. Cheer the evening artists, musicians, specialty tasting.

"Bologna of water" (7th and 14th July, 4th and 11th August, September 1st), a tour to the charming "Chiusa" of Casalecchio, alternating with the traditional night tour along the water route of Bologna.

"Summer in a villa" (from July 8 to September 17) program with romantic walks in parks and gardens, among works of art and fascinating atmosphere. You can visit: Villa Marana (July 8th and August 6th) and Villa Hercolani (July 16th and August 20th), Villa Guastavillani (July 23rd and September 17th).

"Bologna's walls speak", scheduled for 21st and 28th July, 25th August and 8th September. Pageants and insights on the history of cinema that saw Bologna protagonist.

The cost of each excursion, reservation required, is 20 euros each, decreasing to 12 euros for children under 12 years. Reservations can be made at City Red Bus from Monday to Friday from 10 to 13 and from 15 to 18.
