Our meeting room meets any business needs, it has natural lighting and space for various equipment. It can accommodate up to 25 participants with seating arrangement and up to 12 participants with a central table.
The meeting room is equipped with video projector, flipchart, projection screen, laptop PC, high speed Wi-Fi with fiber optic connection.
The HC3 Hotel offers also the possibility to have a breakfast break, a coffee break or a buffet during the meeting.
For the duration of the meeting, our STAFF is able to assist with professionalism by offering secretarial, interpreting and transfer services. Optional services can be requested when booking the meeting room.
